SilverStripe Open Source CMS (Core Development Team Member)

Job Description: 

SilverStripe (www.silverstripe.com) is an established web development company based in Wellington with a reputation for developing next-generation web applications.

We’re looking for an experienced developer who is already pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on the web to join going our growing team.

In terms of your technical skills you’ll have advanced knowledge of most of these things: JavaScript, PHP, mySQL, HTML, and CSS

In a professional capacity, you’ll need to have good communication and time management skills. If you have a demonstrated ability to lead team meetings and put together functional specifications and quotes, that would be great. If you have a strong desire to perform those things, and can explain why, that's cool too.

Along with the above, you need to have demonstrated where you have gone the extra distance to really understand the client and deliver extraordinary service. We're looking for an eye for detail and passion to deliver the best!

You’ll be a key member of our core development team, and will have the opportunity to work on a large number of innovative projects, including our open source content management system, SilverStripe.
